We are on a mission to craft world-class specialty coffee rooted in the highlands of Kothmale, Sri Lanka, while empowering rural communities through sustainable, ethical, and organic practices. We are committed to preserving nature, uplifting the lives of our farmers, and delivering exceptional, traceable coffee experiences from seed to sip.
At Helanta Coffee, we implement wet, natural, and honey processing methods for selectively harvested Arabica coffee, cultivated across single estate, single variety, and mixed farming systems. Our varieties include S9, Lakparakum, HDT, and other farmer-based mixed cultivars grown in the highlands of Kothmale. Our specialty-grade green beens and roasted coffee beans are proudly supplied to both local and international HORECA sectors, delivering traceable, high-elevation flavor in every cup.

At Helanta Coffee, sustainability is more than a promise — it’s a practice deeply woven into everything we do. From organic, shade-grown cultivation to low-impact processing and zero chemical inputs, we’re committed to protecting the land that grows our coffee.Our heart lies in the highlands of Kothmale, where we partner with over 3,000 rural farmers, many of whom are women leading the charge in cultivation, processing, and community leadership. Every year, we donate 300,000+ coffee plants to these families, supporting long-term income, food security, and generational empowerment.
